FULL-ARCH RESTORATION MANUFACTURING
All-on-X Manufacturing for Dental Labs
SDS manufactures finished full-arch restorations after the approved CAD, component platform, material pathway, framework, shade and case instructions are confirmed. Full arch zirconia cases move through milling, sintering, contour refinement, gingival characterization and final finishing; dental PMMA follows a different milling and polishing route. Hybrid and bar-supported cases add framework, seating, screw-access and hygiene checks, while multiunit abutments and multi unit implant abutments are matched to the confirmed restorative platform before production continues.
All-on-4 Restoration
For All-on-4® cases, production follows the approved four-implant full-arch design and confirmed component system. When all on four zirconia is specified, SDS keeps the zirconia production stage separate from any provisional verification, with final checks for seating, screw access, tissue contour, occlusion, surface condition and component fit.

All-on-X Zirconia
Full arch zirconia restorations are milled from the approved CAD and completed through the workflow specified for the selected zirconia material. Because the restoration spans multiple implant connections, seating across the arch, screw access, gingival contour, tissue-facing surface, occlusion and final finishing are checked before release.

Dental PMMA provisionals are milled and finished for prototype, try-in or temporary full-arch use. PMMA vs zirconia is treated as a difference in case stage rather than a simple material ranking: approved changes in tooth setup, bite, vertical relationship, esthetics and phonetics can be carried into the final restoration workflow.

Hybrid Implant Restoration
Screw retained denture and screw retained hybrid denture cases are produced to the approved framework, component, tooth-setup and tissue-contour requirements. Manufacturing checks focus on component seating, screw-access position, framework continuity, prosthetic support, finishing, hygiene access and final quality control.

Blended I-Bar
Bar-supported production follows the approved support or retention design and confirmed component platform. An implant bar overdenture and other overdenture bars use different attachment and removability requirements from a fixed I-Bar, so the submitted prescription determines which retention features, hygiene clearance and support details are carried into manufacturing.

All-on-X and Full-Arch CAD Design Services for Dental Labs
Send arch scans, digital dental impressions, bite records, multiunit abutment information and any approved provisional or tooth-setup reference. For All on X CAD design, SDS checks cross-arch implant positions, component compatibility, vertical relationship, prosthetic space, screw access, gingival contours, intaglio surface and occlusion. Multi unit abutment impression data can be matched to the planned restorative platform, while verified provisional changes can be carried into the final CAD/CAM dental design.
All-on-4 CAD Design
For four-implant full-arch cases, including All-on-4® when that named treatment concept is specified, SDS reviews implant distribution, straight multi unit abutment or angled components, screw access, vertical relationship, tooth setup and occlusion. All on four zirconia cases also receive material-specific review of restorative space and support before production.

For full arch zirconia cases, SDS designs the teeth, gingival contours, implant interfaces, screw channels, tissue-facing surface and occlusion as one complete restoration. Multi unit abutments are checked against the confirmed implant system and component library before the final arch is approved.

Dental PMMA can be used as a provisional or try-in stage before the final full-arch restoration.
