Our dental CAD team checks the prescription, scan files, margins, occlusion, materials, implant information, and lab instructions before preparing the design.
Approve Design or Start Production
Review the completed CAD design and download the final files, or approve the case for restoration manufacturing by SDS.
Payment & Support
Regular lab partners can use monthly invoicing with PayPal, card, or bank transfer payment options.
Dental Lab Turnaround Times
Turnaround time varies by CAD design, restoration type, production requirements, and shipping destination. CAD design time and finished restoration lab time are calculated separately after case files and instructions are confirmed.

Standard dental CAD design cases can usually be completed within 12 hours after case files and instructions are confirmed.
Lab time does not include weekends, holidays, shipping time, customs clearance, or special case adjustments.

Case Review and Adjustment Support
SDS provides case review, adjustment, and remake support for outsourced cases from partner dental labs. Each request is checked against the original prescription, scan files, approved CAD design, material requirements, and reported issue before the next step is confirmed.
Original Instructions First
Adjustment requests are reviewed according to the original case instructions, prescription, scan files, and approved design requirements.
Clear Issue Details Required
Please provide photos, screenshots, issue descriptions, and related files so our team can understand the problem and respond properly.
New Requirements Need Review
Changes in treatment plan, material, shade, restoration type, or new design requirements may require separate review before adjustment.
